My name is Charmaine & I am a personal trainer, mother of 3 and creator of Rep You.
Rep You is all fun fitness. Promoting lifelong changes which are going to keep you feeling physically strong and mentally healthy. We want you to look forward to your workouts because lets face it, if your not enjoying what your doing than its unlikely that your going to stick to it. Boxing is a fantastic way to achieve this. Through our training, you learn multiple boxing combinations, speed pad work, complex foot work & drills, whilst burning shed loads of calories & having lots of fun in the process.
