Karen Dobie

Im inspired by mutual creative support of other Artists and Potters. Discussing ideas, exchanging skills in a co operative studio gives me the space I need to get my artwork out there. I use my past Printmaking studies by printing onto clay using lino plates and by using underglaze as ink. I spend a lot of time wondering about the sources of ideas and my feelings are often revealed in the final piece. I imagine they are my unconscious breaking through but that's just another story.
