Deepa Chudasama

Deepa Chudasama is a visual artist who lives and works in London. Her practice draws on colour theory, repetitive mark making, intuition, toil and the ‘Readymade’ amongst other themes. The dot, spot, circle motif are at the centre of her practice referencing Eastern / Western abstraction and sacred mark making using her innate colour aesthetic. She often works with ready-made and everyday objects which are manipulated, re-evaluated and re-presented.  Deepa's work is held in international private and public collections, including at Vital Arts and the Royal London Hospital.
